Series A

These are projects that are in the initial growth phase, validating the product in the market and looking for expansion. The need for these projects is funding for scaling up, marketing and expansion of the team.

Evaluation of the project from its seed stage, including milestones and growth metrics.Review of finances, market strategy and scalability.

 

Adjusting the terms of the new financing round, extending Tangassi’s participation if necessary.

Series B

This is a more advanced phase of expansion, the project accelerates its growth and acquires greater market presence. Its needs are financing for expansion into new markets, probably international, development of new product lines and process optimisation.

Send us a video of no more than 2 minutes telling us the story of your company. In it you must clearly and concisely convey the purpose of your project – vision, mission and values – as well as its trajectory and outstanding achievements.

Send us a deck of maximum 15 slides. The deck should provide a complete and detailed overview of the company, including its business model, growth strategy, market analysis, financial projections and management team. Each slide should be visually appealing and contain relevant and easy-to-understand information for potential investors.

Describe your project in one page: what problem it solves? How it solves it? What are its benefits? Also include information about the market, the market entry strategy and the main features or advantages of your company – remember to highlight the unique value proposition of your company!
