Tierra Nueva emerges as an innovative proposal to harmonize human life with nature, offering a solution that prioritizes sustainability and environmental balance. Inspired by the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the principles of the Living Community Challenge, this project is committed to preserving 80% of the land as protected natural areas while dedicating the remaining 20% to sustainable development. This model aims not only to safeguard natural resources but also to create livable spaces that promote human well-being and responsible coexistence.
With a forward-looking approach, Tierra Nueva seeks to establish a conscious relationship between the land, water, flora, fauna, and the communities inhabiting these spaces. The project aims to become a benchmark for sustainable communities that integrate human development with environmental preservation.
Goals
Conscious development: Promote sustainable and responsible construction practices that benefit both people and the environment.
Preservation of natural resources: Maintain 80% of the land as protected natural areas, guaranteeing coexistence with local biodiversity.
Create the first example of holistic wellness housing: Offering living spaces that promote health, wellness and harmony with the natural environment.
