Armonía was created to balance the relationship between humans and their natural environment, inspired by the UN’s Agenda 2030 and the Living Community Challenge. The project is committed to acquiring land where 80% is preserved as protected natural area and 20% is allocated for sustainable human development. Its mission is to create conscious real estate developments that promote overall well-being and preserve natural resources. The objectives include promoting sustainable building practices, ensuring coexistence with biodiversity, and providing housing that fosters health and well-being.
Goals
Conscious development: Promote sustainable and responsible building practices that benefit both people and the environment.
Preservation of natural resources: Maintain 80% of the land as protected natural areas, ensuring coexistence with local biodiversity.
Create the first example of holistic wellness housing: Offer living spaces that promote health, wellbeing and harmony with the natural environment.
